I am so glad you are here!

My name is Amber Ward, I am the owner and operator of GC.  I am a wife and mother of two and a proud Geist community member.

I founded GC in 2022 but the idea of feeding friends and family in a way that is cohesive to lake life started long before.

I have always enjoyed hosting at our home on Geist, and feeding friends and family as our guests makes me happy! 

After spending the last 20+ years raising a family - the majority of that time here in Geist - I began to curate the idea of launching a company that would be up to the task of not just offering food service, but doing so in a manner that offers an elevated experience.

That concept, along with my two decades worth of work experience in the food industry and the time I have spent feeding my own family while on the water has proved to be invaluable. 

As a mother who spent 13 years packing snacks for her family to take on the boat, I understand the essential needs and preferred wants for a day on the water.

Currently my focus is on creating beautiful charcuterie grazing boxes for our customers; we also offer grazing tables for larger gatherings. 
To date, Geist Charcuterie is Serve Safe certified and hosts general production operations at Indy's Kitchen. I am so proud to be a new business owner in our beautiful community. It truly is my honor to introduce the convenience of Geist Charcuterie.
